This project included structural analysis and design of a two-story, 3,000 sq.ft. log residence. The home will be constructed with full scribed exterior log bearing walls and traditional wood framing at the interior and daylight basement. The proposed project site is sloped and will require retaining walls and stepped footings for the proposed daylight basement.
