Lebanon Raw Water Pump Station

The new pump station building will be a single-story above-grade structure with a total estimated area of approximately 3,200 SF. The building will be constructed of concrete masonry unit (CMU) walls while the roof system will be constructed with wide flange steel beams and metal roof decking. The pumps in the structure will utilize an eight foot wide, seventy foot long, and 35 foot deep wet well rock anchored to the sandstone below to counteract buoyancy forces.
The ground level floor will be constructed using conventional concrete foundations and slab-on-grade with a large mat slab to support an exterior standby generator.
The lateral force resisting system will consist of CMU shear walls designed to comply with the 2014 Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC) under Risk Category III.
